I ordered an IPad and Apple Pencil yesterday before 9pm it stated that it was next day delivery but I've not received the parcel or any updates! Would appreciate if I could track this on the app so I had some kind of idea!

Hi @SullyOne123  the delivery estimates on the sky site aren't that accurate, especially with the new iPhone 14. You should be able to track your order here.

Yeah I've tried that link but it just says you need to contact us to track your delivery what a nightmare!

You are probably seeing this message due to the fact you have only just placed the order so you need to give it a few more days as extra financial checks are carried out after you have placed the order and they can take up to 24 hours to complete.

Yeah I have done- it's still showing as awaiting dispatch though with no kind of update as to when it will be delivered and it's been 48 hours since order was placed

Ive done the same, iPad, Pencil and Airpods. I ordered on Wednesday 21st and it was due to be delivered yesterday as per the tracker only to tell me to contact them at the end of the day. I did so this morning and they couldnt tell me anything as to why its been delayed! Just a waiting game

At least someone's in the same boat! Quite misleading offering next day delivery to be told of a delay

You might be looking at around a week or so as it can't be to long as it is almost at the dispatch stage. You will get an email from the courier when they are going to deliver it to you.
