unable to receive call from certain mobile numbers but i can call this number

since i switched to Sky mobile i've not received any call form a certain number. 

I can call this number and this number was in a good local reception area during calls.

The number is not blocked.

You will need to report this to Sky on 150 so their relevant team can look nto it for you.
