trying to upgrade ipad that contract has ended and i keep getting technical error message

my ipad air is out of contract and i want to upgrade to a new one, when i try to add to basket i keep getting an error message saying there is a technical error.  I do have 4 other devices on my account, can this be the reason why? if so can someone provide the customer services number so i can speak to someone over the phone

If your contract has been paid off on the iPad Air then you can mot upgrade it but you should be able to order a new one.

 

If when ordering a new one you also get this error message then you will have to call Sky to ask them to place the order for you.
