transferring existing number to Sk Mobile

I have took out a contract with Sky mobile om Thursday I wanted to keep my existing number , I gave Sky my PAC code however its still showing as my old provider Utility Warehouse tried Sky Chat but was the automated chat and was no use whatsover . I have restated my phone thinking that might update it but .... No

Hi @Lisawozza when did you give sky the PAC as it's normally the next working day, so if you gave it to sky on Friday it would normally be today that the transfer completes.

Then the number hasn't transferred, yet.  Presumably, you'll be billed until the point it does transfer.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Use your old sim until it stops working @Lisawozza once it stops then the number should then be moved onto the new sky sim.
