transfer old phone number
Hello. I'm trying to transfer my old number to my new phone. My old network was ID mobile and this is my first time with sky. Everytime I put PAC number into sky website it comes up with an error. Does anyone know the problem?

Have you activated the Sky sim, if you have if you call Sky on 150 and say nothing and remain on the line when asked any questions by the bit and remain on the line you should be able to give the package to the call handler.
