I have just switched from o2 to sky and kept my number, the problem im having is i can make calls use the data but no one can call me just comes up line busy.
is there a time period I have to wait for full switch over or is there an issue with my Line.

Hi @newstu your ported number should start working on your sky sim the next working day after you have sky the PAC. You should receive a message from sky to say it's been completed. This does seem to happen from time to time (on all networks) where some features don't work immediately or you get a split port. Hopefully for you it will sort itself out over the next day or so.

I am having the same problem we put our new sky sim cards in 2 days ago and now we are not with 02 my husband cannot call out or accept calls this is very frustrating he cannot call Sky as he was the one that set it all up and he does not have a password so i cant call them and find out what is happening. any ideas

Has the SIM card been activated ?
Are you transferring the number you had with O2 to Sky ?
