Activate the sim when it arrives but do not put it in your phone, so keep your current sim in it.

Get pac code from your current supplier

Give Pac code to Sky

When your current sim stops working insert your Sky sim in the phone.

I've been doing this for three months now, several dozen times, and the result is the same: error, unfortunately we can't do it now, and so on. Can you please help me?

As we are customers of Sky then we are limited to what we can do so have you ordered the sim by selecting a data package for it from here:

Try calling Sky Ireland instead to see if they can place the order for you.

I'd like to call, but I don't have the phone number of the department that deals with changing mobile operators.

As I said earlier, you are not talking to Sky on here.
