stopping sky mobile bills after cancelling sim

Hello, a few years ago I took out a Sky sim, but did not use it much, so I cancelled it.  However, when I go to My Sky, it is still showing current bills as I have a few pence in credit.  I thought cancelling the sim would have stopped the bills being sent.  How do I stop this?

Are you saying you are in credit from cancelling the sim or that Sky are still billing you for it each month ?

You will see bills if you are still in credit so we can arrange for this to be refunded to you if you want ?
