I am trying to use my piggy bank to top up, but keep getting an error message. also tried to change my plan to get more data. Same happens. Im totally out of data now. is anyone else having this issue please.

If the same thing happens see if using a different one helps or if you can try to access the piggybank via the MySky app. If none of these work you would need to call Sky about this.

I'm having the same trouble. I'm trying to add some data in piggyback but getting an error try again message. Has anyone found a way to sort this? Wish sky offered an online chat like vodafone to sort problems out.

Hi. Yes I've cleared the cache and cookies but still can't access mobile. Even logging into my account to get the bill up is a bit hit and miss too.

Hi. The mobile bill will load on the mysky app but the piggybank, SIMs part and your device all come up with the same error message.
