sky mobile account has disappeared on my sky app, so I can't access my bill or my piggybank

I select the mobile icon and it takes me to a screen where I can buy a mobile but not where I can see my bill or use my piggybank, it then asks me to log in with my sky ID and password but It says they are having technical issues.
