i have sent my old phone back in the packaging they sent me.
there was nothing wrong with the phone it still had the origanl stickers around the phone.
they tell me that it is damaged.
there is no way on gods grean earth that the phone was damaged.

Youll need to contact Sky and request details of what damage they're referring to. If it's external damage hopefully you took photos before posting it off.

Yoh could try asking for photos of this damage to see what they say.
