sent my old phone in

i have sent my old phone back in the packaging they sent me.

there was nothing wrong with the phone it still had the origanl stickers around the phone.

they tell me that it is damaged.

there is no way on gods grean earth that the phone was damaged.

I've moved your post from the Broadband board as it's clearly not a broadband issue.

 

Youll need to contact Sky and request details of what damage they're referring to. If it's external damage hopefully you took photos before posting it off.

Hi @Tyrababe ask for  proof of the damage or ask for the phone to be sent back and sell it elsewhere.

Although it is to late now this is why when returning devices to any company you should take photos so issues like this occur you can show what condition it was in when you sent it off.

 

Yoh could try asking for photos of this damage to see what they say.
