You can only cancel and return the mobile if you are still within the cooling off period which is 31 days so if this is the case call Sky on 150. If it has been longer than this then you will not be able to cancel it as you signed a legally binding credit agreement contract which states that you agreed to pay each month towards the cost of the phone.
