ive bought a new from apple shop , how do i change this in my account , it still shows my old phone ?

@Lee869  I don't beleive you can  as you didn't buy it through Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I agree with @GD1 As you didn't purchase it via Sky Mobile it won't show on your account.
