proof of usage for my device

hi team, i believe you are doing well. I need proof of usage for my device rather that proof of purchase. I physically visit on sky store and ask about proof of usage, sky saleman try to get via my sky app. but there was error 'something has gone wrong'. he sugessted me to call sky help line, i called them and discuss my issue, he put me on hold and hangup. could you please provide my proof of usage via email.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers.

 

The proof of USAGE is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to look for that, not proof of usage as in the bills etc.
