Me and my partner have just received new phones and sim cards. We put in our new sim cards as we wanted new phone numbers. However, for some reason our old phone numbers are still connected and we don't want them. We only want the new phone numbers which is in our settings as our phone numbers but clearly it's not. Please may we have some assistance.

Are the phones you both have unlocked if they were not from Sky ?
