phone and sim

can you please tell me, if and when buying a phone in shop, can it be set up for me.

If you mean a Sky shop, then you could try asking them before you make the purchase. Otherwise it is fairly easy to do so if you need help we could help you on here if you need any help with setting it up, transferring numbers etc..

1st thank you for your help, and my apologies for my speed of response. reason, i am a vip customer and as you are now aware, but my reason for not getting back to you quicker is that my reply now is being prepard is  on my laptop { no problems } but on my desktop each time trying to sign in we get a message reading, access denied you have no permission from the server. this is folloed by a very long number, then at the end is - error . html. so having very little knowledge of computers we do not understand why ok on laptop but big problems on desktop.

morning. all we wanted to do on the desktop was to sign in to sky and my account. but up to now we keep getting the same message error html. access denied. but for some reason this morning we can get straight in ??.
