Find out moreIt's more likely that you've been the victim of a scam call purporting to be from Sky where they've asked for username & password where the scammers have then used the details to add themselves to your account in order to purchase expensive devices.
Did you receive a call saying they were from Sky perhaps saying there's a problem with the account or saying they could reduce your bill?
