payment came off twice

Hi i payed my bill yesterday through manual payment instead of direct debit but it came off again today can i contact sky to get money back or what

You don't need to pay your bill manually when you have a payment method setup so is the payment you made now appearing as a credit as we can arrange some help for you via here to get it refunded if it is ?

To get you some help with the refund I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
