on the 27th of July I lost my connection

 on the 27th of July I lost my connection to sky service on my mobile, I phoned on the 28th to let you know my problem &  I was told it was a mast problem, I explained I was going abroad and driving down the Country on the 29th July, I was assured that I would pick up a signal from another mast as I drove down, I didn't get any signal. 
I holidayed In France and payed the £2.00 passport fee where I did actually get a service at times, not always but some times, I needed the service to drive around. 
I returned home today to Leeds, my home, only to find again no service, when I phoned again I'm told its a mast problem, I think that if it was still a mast problem thousands would be complaining about it, I've not had a service now for 20 days and no idea why, please can someone help me get my service back up and running. I've ordered a new sim but apparently the advisor I spoke to today at sky said it probably wasn't that, he also said  that he's in Leeds with no problem at all with his service connection. 
I've been a sky customer now for well over 20+ years and think I deserve a better service. My priority is getting my phone up and running but also wanting some compensation gesture from sky for the inconvenience this is causing me. A very urgent response would be greatly appreciated.

You are only talking to Sky customers here and not Sky support so this is something you will have to take up with Sky by calling them.

Have you tried rebooting your phone?  I've lost signal before and this has restored it.

 

A replacement SIM is worth trying or can you try the SIM in a different phone?

Yeah I've tried both, but nothing.

Apparently I've posted on the wrong site should be support.
