no network in alot of areas

Hi for the last couple of weeks my sky (internet/txts etc) have stopped working in certain areas?? for eg: travelled to yarm, no service whatsoever until i got back to middlesbrough but went completely off again when i got to redcar until i got back to skelton area ..... WHY is this happening??? it will get to the point wont be paying for something i cant use 🙈

Well for starters you can't withhold payment. Contact Sky to report it. They may suggest sending you a new SIM card in the first instance in case yours has developed a fault.
