new contract , new phone, tried 65075 but not obtaining a reply to keep old number.

i have one phone on sky contract , purchased a further phone with contract, now need to transfer number from original to new phone.

I have transfered all memory and apps to new phone . Tried to register new sim card by texting PAC to 65075 but not receiving a reply.

New phone connected to wifi but dont understand why im not getting a reply.

Hope someone can help. i dont really understand  all this bot business, I'm an older person and would sooner speak to someone on the phone. Thanks Ian

Hi @IanB13  all you need to do is put the old sim in the new phone. You can't port from sky sim to sky sim. Don't activate the new sim.
