though i had activated my new 10gb sim a while ago but it appears that i am still on the 2gb sim. i don't have the activation code anymore so how do i activate it.

How long have you had this new sim as you only have 30 days to activate it so if it has been longer than this then it will be cancelled so you will either have to order another one, or if you only want to pay for one, then change your data plan on the sim you have already got, the 2GB one.
