It sounds like you ordered a new sim (that will have a new number) so if you are able to activate it then you will be paying for another sim
How long have you had this new sim as you only have 30 days to activate it so if it has been longer than this then it will be cancelled so you will either have to order another one, or if you only want to pay for one, then change your data plan on the sim you have already got, the 2GB one.
