i have moved to sky and have now got an iphone 15 pro max. prior to this i had an e sim which worked on this new phone but against my old provider EE. I inserted the physical sim after i got confirmation it was activated. this does not work. I cannot get the code to activate an e sim. Nothing works. I cannot contact Sky as my phone does not work. i do not have a land line. I have tried the botchat and nothing useful is being suggested. I have access to email as i am able to use email on wifi only. please help ASAP. I need my phone working incase school needs to contact me in emergency.

Regarding the physical sim not working one thing you could try is this:
Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone

Thanks. I have done as you suggested and no joy. Tried contacting sky via Facebook. Won't let me without a code which I won't get as it's being sent to my phone. Sky please respond asap. This is a disgrace!!!!
