Hello, i recently started a contract with sky and brought an Iphone 13 pro max. Ive looked at the order section and there is nothing. What should i do?

I Placed the order yesterday morning and i got an email saying 2-3 weeks estimated. Then it said to check your orders and nothing on there.

Find out moreI would wait until tomorrow morning and if it still isn't showing on your account page then post back on here and let us know as we can alert Sky to your issue but is is worth waiting a bit longer as while it can take up to 24 hours to appear it can take a little longer if the order was placed at the weekend.

Hello Again i got my parcel but it only contains the accesories which i chose do i have to wait for another containing the phone?

All it says is Iphone 13 Pro Max (Currently on Back order and no estimated time for delivery) Is there any way i can find out how long till it gets deliverd? Since im in really need of getting a new phone.

Find out moreIf it says it is on back order then there isn't anything you can do, you might have been sent an email when the order was placed with a delivery estimate on it but that apart you will just have to keep an eye on the order tracking page for updates.
