Hi i recieved my package today from sky which should have been my new iphone, but when i opened it there was only the cable, NO PHONE

I already did that.
but they are saying that i am responsible for this and have to pay for it. I have also complained to CECAS, they rejected my claim.
what can i do now.
i am mentally stressed due to this situation.
