my delivery arrived, but no phone inside

Hi i recieved my package today from sky which should have been my new iphone, but when i opened it there was only the cable, NO PHONE

This will need to be reported to Sky as soon as you can so they can investigate with their supplier as to what has happened. 

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

thanks for your reply,

I already did that.

but they are saying that i am responsible for this and have to  pay for it. I have also complained to CECAS, they rejected my claim.

what can i do now.

i am mentally stressed due to this situation.

sky is **bleep** company. Its been more than  3 months now
