mobile phone

hi,  i sent a PAC code request yesterday but do not want to change my mobile yet.  Since receiving the PAC code i have not had a connection with my phone - ie cannot make calls etc.  Please can you assist.

If you have given Sky a Pac code then your number will trasnfer for your previous network to the Sky sim usually within 24 hours, this has nothing to do with what phone the Sky sim is in.

i requested a PAC code from sky to transfer to another provider

If you don't give the other provoder the Pac code then it will expire after 30 days and you can then request a new one from Sky when you ar ready.
