mobile phone not on online account

I purchased a new iPhone 15 a few months ago through my existing Sky account  
However, the mobile hasn't been added to the account. All I can see online is my old iPhone 13 which was paid off and I no longer have. 
Does anyone know how to add this? Do I have to call Sky?

For whatever reason the iphone will be on a different account that you will need to set up for it. If you call Sky on the 150 number they might be able to help you with this.
