mobile network is unavailable & not registered on network since April 11th 2024, can sky help?

As the subject says, "mobile network is unavailable & not registered on network since April 11th 2024, can sky help?", I've tried to get help from the virtual assistant as well as contacting sky by telephone, nothing helps no further forward, can help?

Have you tried disabling all the network settings on your device, rebooting it then enabling the network settings again ?
