mobile letters still going to old address

Hi

 

Invoices / Bills for my items have correct address but we still seeing "other" letters such as changes in subscriptions going to old address can someone please look into this as this should not now be happening

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers.

 

It seems strange that some post is arriving correctly and some not. Check the address is correct on your account and if it's not call Sky to amend it. 

Normally we would escalate your issue to Sky and the Messaging Team could help you but there is currently a limited service with that so either call Sky or post back in this thread at the weekend when we can hopefully escalate it.
