That offer is only available if you order a new sim on your account, you could try calling Sky on 150 to see if they will apply it to your current sims but the chances are they might not do.
The only other way to do this would be to order new sims with this offer, then use a Pac code to move your current numbers to a PAYG network then get another pac to move them back to the new sims.
