mobile data plan

i  my mobile data plan several months ago now. it was a simple process i clicked on the data plan i wanted and that was it,,,DONE,,,but i have attempted to down grade my mobile data plan several times and each attempt there is a problem, typical sky take your money for upgrades but dont want you to downgrade,,,not happy been with sky for many years

You will have to call Sky uf you can't do it yourself online, 150 being the free number to call them on.

You need to be aware that if you increase your data plan it should change almost immediately. If you decrease the plan it doesn't change until your next bill date
