Did you claim them direct from Samsung as Sky don't send them...

The Sky website says:

1. Purchase between 8th November 2023 - 25th January 2024 and claim a free pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds FE worth £99 and £100 cashback

2. Once you have received your new device, simply visit https://samsungoffers.claims/s23trio and submit a claim​ within 30 days of purchase

3. Your claim will be validated by Samsung within 7 working days​

4. You will receive your gift within 45 days of your claim being validated

To claim upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.
