mobile account linked but unable to manage

I have linked my mobile account to my new talk and stream package but it doesn't show up on My Sky. When I click 'Manage' the page refreshes but stays on the offers page. I am unable to access my mobile contracts!

I'm not sure what you have done as you should link your Sky ID to your mobile account so is this what you did ?

I waw previously with a different provider for talk and TV but have come back to sky. I already have mobile  accounts with sky but when I linked my accounts together, i am only able to manage my new tv contract even know, it is telling me that my mobile account is already linked! (Help)

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

i have lost all access to my mobile account management since i merged it with my new stream contract. i just want to be able to have access to it all via the app but although it is saying that my mobile account is linked, if i click manage, it just shows me offers!!!
