i txt and ring people and sometimes it comes up can not conect not in contacts, been with sky now for 18 months never had this problem with a different server,even when tried to ring my doctors exctra or txt its so frustratining

Have you tried deleting these numbers from your contacts, rebooting your phone and then adding them back as a contact ?
