why is it so hard to get a live chat going with this company

Feeling your pain. Ive been trying to have an online chat re: sky mobiles. I can't sit around on the phone and want a quick answer but not from a bot. Its driving me mad. Im at the point of just going elsewhere.

I just wish they would have online chat available for Sky mobile for when you cant ring in.

There is always Twitter or Facebook Messenger, I don't know if they are like a live chat so if you don't want to call they are another option ?
