just ordered a new phone and says account restricted and wont let me look at details??

about an hour ago i made a sky account and ordered a new phone. i received a confirmation email for the phone (to a different email that the account was created with ???) however when i go on my account i am unable to look at my account details and orders as they are restricted because i have no sky products. the confirmation emails says i need to make a sky id however there is already one stated on my account. no money has been taken out of my bank yet but without being able to look at my account and i am unsure if my order has actually gone through. honestly i am so confused and would appreciate any help!

How have Sky got that email address, have you been a customer of them previously ?

i did manage to figure that one out, it was the email i used when i paid for it rather than the email linked to my account. my bad i completely forgot i did that! other than that i haven't been able to figure anything out. going to see if the phone arrives tomorrow and just go from there
