international calls

1. they said all the calls are free but they cost me £150 bill for the one day calls i dont want this sim! i never expected that i will get that much  bill payment for only one day its very embarassing to say like this. This is like cheating or fraud. i want to reduce my bill its too much please help me i cant pay that much bill for the first month

Hi @laveen+reddy+jama  you aren't talking to sky direct here, this is a customer forum. Calls and texts to standard uk numbers and mobiles are included in your monthly allowance. International calls are not. If you have made lots of international calls then you will be liable for them and will have to pay for them.

International calls from a Sky Mobile are not free so who told you they were.

This is taken from the tariff guide, page 15 here:

Charges for calls and texts to international destinations from the UK fall into one of two
types:
1. Standard charges; or
2. Discounted charges for customers with International Saver.

The international saver costs £3 per month.

You will have to call Sky about this but to be honest I'm not sure what they can do for you , 150 is the free number to use.

I was told the same, free international calls!  not good as I have cancelled my Landline and need to reinstate the whole lot, not happy at all.
