im trying to stop a premium rate sending me texts after i entered a quiz on tv

i entererd a competition on tv and now im been charged 1 50 a text been sent to me ive texed back saying stop but its saying messgage not delivered ive texed a couple of times

Hi, set your monthly spend cap at zero to start with. Then have a look here for help and advice
