if i go abroad can i use foregn sim on my phone?

I was wondering if I bought phone from.sky is it unlocked to other sim cards?

Example if I use foreign sim?

All phones provided by Sky come unlocked to any network so it you're going abroad and are getting a local sim to save on costs that will work.
