Have you tried an alternative charger?

Try sing another charger or see if you can get your hands on one if you haven't a spare one. Otherwise your only option is to contact Apple or Sky both of which will want the phone sent off to be looked at.

I just discovered it today ever since I bought the phone I haven't used it. So tried using the phone today. Charged it with an iPhone charger. It didn't charge. Guess it's too late to go to the store now to try another charger.
