iPhone air suddenly lost connection and not connecting back to sky network

Hi. My iPhone air suddenly lost connection and not connecting back to sky network. The phone acts like it had no SIM card, it is looking for a network but not connecting. I have tried all the usual restart, update and network settings but no luck. Something tells me the eSIM may need reinstalling but I don't know how to go about it and want to keep the same number. Maybe faulty phone but it seems ok. Thanks, Krys.

Hi @Krys2  you should be able to delete and set up as you did when you first installed. Make sure you are connected to WiFi and have access to your emails.

After trying with sky customer service it turns out the IMEI is black listed for some reasons. Service should be back on within 48 hours.
