iPhone Hotspot no longer available after switching to Sky mobile

I just switched to sky mobile from GoMo. I opted for an eSim and ported my old number.

All works as expected except for my personal hotspot. The option has completley dissappeared from my iPhone.

It's an iPhone 15 Pro Max unlocked bought from Apple directly.

Any thoughts on how to reslove this?

Ok I have fixed it on my side.

If on iPhone go to Settings> Cellular> Cellular Data Network
At the bottom you should see "Personal Hotspot"
Set APN as mobile.sky

That's it.

Re: iPhone Hotspot no longer available after switching to Sky mobile

I have the same issue. I received a physical sim from Sky. I switched from Vodafone and now my personal hotspot option is greyed out. They are absolutely useless when it comes to "customer support." I know Comcast is a US company, but Sky Ireland seem to have a UK attitude when it comes to support. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.
