iPhone 17 so far rubbish

Took delivery of this 12 days ago......despite 3 very long calls to Sky still not working properly.  Initially would connect to WiFi but not mobile data.   One long call resulted in being told sim damaged.  New sim sent out.  Still not connecting to mobile data and now not making calls..

another very long call on Friday 17 October and after many things tried escalated to tech team........nothing heard so called back yesterday and after yet another long call told it would be escalated to tech team.........now 21 0ctober and tech team still not been in contact....

 

Can't use old phone as the new sim doesn't work in that either 

 

Any suggestions other than telling sky where to stick their phone😂

 

incidentally Sky have managed to successfully take money from my bank
