Hi yesterday night I bought one iPhone 15 pro max, but I don't know if it's it been order. I tried to call you, and sending messages here no body give me right answer. So please help me and I have to know if o order and when it's my delivery.

Welcome to the Community. You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers. This is your first post on the forum so you haven't previously sent messages here. 

After the two credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:

As customers we have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales. When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
