Ordered this online and it was showing as in stock when ordered and subsequently since order but no communication about delivery, no change in the " com ng soon" status and no way to check.
Might be a chat function between 8am and 4pm so will try that but why are they not keeping me informed or offering another product?
They keep sending other emails re activating sim etc. No charges have yet been taken so wondered if I should just cancel as they've not been able to complete their obligations to send me a phone they advertised and continue to advertise us in stock?
