iPhone 15 Order Delays

Hi All, 

I ordered my iPhone 15 pro max on 19th October, I've had the initial confirmation emails but nothing else. I called and actually managed to speak to someone a few weeks ago saying it should be ready by 16th November but I've heard nothing since. 

I tried to call today for an update bur just getting the automated system and can't actually get through to speak to a person! 

so frustrating. How long did everyone else wait for their phones?

Have you checked your junk mail? A lot of my sky emails went to junk until I manually changed it 🙂

I would like to say that I ordered on the 9th October and received my phone on the 18th November. The iPhone 11 Pro Max in White

This gives me hope. I ordered on the 5th Nov and have been told the 24th Nov via email, hoping it's true

Nothing in my junk. 
I rang up today but was a automated person on the other end, went through all options and placed my last 4 digits of the card I used, then it just said no delivery date as of yet, will receive an email once there is. 

When I ordered the phone it said up to 4 weeks which will be end of next week so hoping it comes.

This is exactly the same as me. 4 week delivery can't speak to an actual person and I just get told it's being processed.

Hi all. 

I just managed to speak to an actual person, they have stated if you've ordered a black or white iPhone 15 pro max they are severely delayed and have no estimated delivery date. 

I have just changed my order from white to blue and it's coming in 2 days.(so they say). I'll keep you updated if I receive it or not.

As customers we have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales but when your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As you’ve ordered an iPhone 15 expect extra delays.
