Ordered 15 pro max natural titanium 256gb on 15/09 at 9pm confirmation same night, originally told it would be delivered 6th October, then got told it would be rhe 26th October then received a text from sky it would be delivered by the 13th October and then another text the following day saying it would be delivered by the 11th October. No dpd email or sky email so guess it isn't coming today now 🤷

Just wondering if anyone else who preordered the iphone 15 pro max has the same date ' from the 13th of october ' has anyone had any tracking mine  still says on preorder , will it come the 13th or can it come at any point after , i preordered it when they first came out

I have received no updates about my I phone 15 pro max that I ordered I have seen others have had this issue and wondered if there is any information

Ordered a 15 Pro Max Natural Ti 512GB on the 16th, and not a single message since 1pm that day 😑

Was told the 6th of Oct when ordering but that's obviously been and gone. I wouldn't mind delays if they at least cared enough to let people know, give people updates etc. It's really poor support and marketing.

I ordered the white titanium and got told on the day I ordered but nothing since then and when I tried to track my order it wouldn't let me

I ordered my 15pm in natural titanium on 19th Sept, was given a date of 22nd October. I called Sky beginning of last week as i was concerned that my online account had no orders showing - was told that the website barely gets updated and to use the app, this was difficult for me as id sold my phone to get the iPhone and having to use an old Galaxy s4 mini i had laying around which is now too old to download pretty much anything. Managed to use my partners phone and it shows it on pre order but when i click track it tells me to call Sky! When i was on the phone to them last week I was told id get an update by the end of this week from Sky with a more accurate delivery date but judging by others experience i cant see this happening 😞

My date I got told was Friday the 13th of October but I have had nothing since then I can see my preorders and it's on there but when I got to track it it tells me to call sky aswell this is my first contract with them aswell so I was expecting a lot more updates

Just so everyone knows i phoned sky about it to see as i need the time off from work to sign for the phone and i was told all iphone 15 pro maxs have been pushed back to now be delivered from the 27th of october as there still waiting for them to be shipped to them !

Having the same issues pre ordered my iPhone  15 pro max 256gb white on the day it went up for order received a email confirming my order, received another email saying it will be delivered from the 6/10/23. I've heard nothing since I've checked my account and all it says is contact sky.

I stated before that I ordered with ee after originally ordering a 256gb Natural Ti pm with Sky. No comms then told it wouldn't be delivered until 4th Nov. I ordered a 512gb Blue Ti PM on Monday with EE. Its being delivered today. Now cancelled with Sky. Shocking service. Now I know its not all down to sky however an email or text doesn't go a miss.

its due to the colour you got Natural T is popular the blue is not which is why you have got it so quick.

I ordered on the 2nd oct i was told by the man should recived it by 19th and they are shipping soon apple delayed due to fixing the heat issue

You got fobbed off then apple didnt delay shipping as it was a software issue
