Online tracking shows "oops, we didn't find any products sky" spoke to Sky few days and was told that ignore the message and phone won't be delivered until 3rd-Nov ;-(

I've ordered a sky mobile today but it won't let me check about the delivery I've ordered a black iPhone 15 128gb

@miasmumma I'm trying to keep myself busy so it don't bother me as much. But it's easier said than done.  😂

The call you had was obviously not correct. So now I'm seeing a lot of phones delivered by 13th. And with my message earlier saying by 20th on Twitter. 

Lots of different dates flying around again. So all taken with a pinch of salt. 

@Urbles was right saying not to cancel. But this frustration never ends when you can't get nothing accurate from sky.

Just received an email saying my order has been dispatched and will most likely be delivered tomorrow or Wednesday.

Just had a message saying my 256gb PM NT (ordered 15/09 confirmation at 9pm) will be delivered on the 11th Oct, first message  ever since being told yesterday during a live chat it was coming on 3rd Nov! Not much difference.

Well guess whos got 2 weeks off from today 😭 so iv been full scale checking ALL day and took multiple tantrums 🤣🤣  time off couldn't have been worse timing... I feel like if i see one more person say they're getting it and ordered after me im guna go outside and scream 🙈🤣🤣 @GadgetsGamer

I applied for an iPhone 15 Promax through Sky on the 21st of December, which meant I would receive my phone on the 13th of October, but two weeks later I received an email saying that I would receive it on the 16th of October.. But again today by SMS, the date was changed to October 23, and this is very, very disgraceful. If you cannot keep your promise to the customer, please do not sell. If I don't receive my item by October 16th, I will cancel. Please take care of this and stick to your commitments.

In case you’re not aware, this is a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here.

You certainly didn't order it 10 months ago. I'll move your post into a new thread discussing the delays on all things iPhone 15.
