Ordered an iPhone 15 pro max yesterday says it's coming today but only the plug has came any ideas thanks

As customers we have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales. As you’ve ordered an iPhone 15 expect extra delays.

Find out moreIf you have not received an email or text from DPD today with a one hour delivery slot then it is unlikely to come the next day despite it what might have said when you ordered it as these are taking weeks to arrive for others who have also ordered then as you can see by reading through the posts above yours.

I did get a delivery slot off dpd but only plug came don't know they it's coming separate or not

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
